Neseej Organization provides educational and training programs and projects aimed at empowering youth and promoting community engagement through the organization of workshops, forums, and seminars. Nesej also encourages youth to develop projects and businesses based on the principles of green economy, sustainable development, and environmental protection, such as vocational training courses, entrepreneurship, economic skills development, and awareness of pollution hazards. Naseej seeks to create an enabling environment that contributes to the economic and social empowerment of youth and enhances their contribution to sustainable community development through raising youth awareness of the importance of sustainable development, the challenges it faces, and how to contribute to its achievement.

The social fabric within the Iraqi society has been torn and subjected to attempts at disintegration, leaving severe social impacts and causing harm to families and local communities on both material and psychological levels. In response to this, the 'Naseej Organization' was founded with the aim of providing relief to groups and individuals without discrimination based on cultural affiliations. The organization strives to rebuild the social fabric and redirect energies towards reuniting the community rather than fueling division.

The Name Naseej

Iraq has been distinguished since ancient times by its rich diversity of ethnicities and religious and social cultures, making it a unique symbol among the peoples of the region and a factor in its strength and the extension of its civilization for more than 7,000 years. Diversity has a profound impact on the process of integration and exchange of interests in Iraqi society. Here, the concept of 'Naseej' (fabric) is used operationally to refer to the 'social fabric'. The prominent codes of letters refer to the threads that connect into one word, and the total number of codes, which is nine, symbolizes the number of Iraqi sects and nationalities.
